Ingredients:
2 kilos fresh oyster
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup minced fried garlic
1/4 cup melted butter
dash of pepper
Procedure:
Open oyster.
Clean part with meat and discard other shell.
Top each oyster with cheese, garlic and butter then sprinkle pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit or until golden brown.
