STEAMED MAYA-MAYA WITH SESAME OIL

Well cooking runs in the family and every time we get together, we make it sure that we cook the best food and let all taste it and dine with it. For this gathering, I will be preparing something special and easy to cook meal. Since everyone wants to be eating healthy and less oil dishes, I thought this is the perfect for those who are desiring to eat healthy meal. For this dish we will be needing the following;

whole maya-maya fish cut into serving slices
3 tablespoon soy sauce
pinch of pepper
Spring onion
onion
1 tabspoon sesame oil
Garlic
1/2 cup water

Procedure:
Wash the maya-maya fish well to rinse it with the unwanted smell. Chop the garlic, onions and place it in a wok add the soy sauce, pepper and the sesame oil. Place the fish and the water. Place the wok in the heat and cover it. It would be best to place the fire in medium heat so that the steam will be perfect to cook the fish and the other things of this recipe. Let to boil for a couple of minutes and serve when it is sill hot.
