LEARNING TO COOK VIA VIDEO CALLS

EASY HOME COOKING FOR THE FAMILY

Family reunion is an annual event that happens once every three years. And when there is a reunion, expect lots of food in the table prepared for the entire clan members for that reunion. usually in a reunion, foods are brought by each family, enough to be shared for the entire members.
In this family Reunion, the entire family decided to bring all foods that are home made. Foods that are bought from restaurants are strictly prohibited. As a chef, cooking foods is just easy for me because I am already used to it and with all the cooking procedures and recipe books that I have, I am very confident that I can cook one instantly, enough for the entire family.
In this reunion, I am planning of cooking the ever classic chicken pork adobo. This dish has been in the family for about three centuries already and the secret ingredient is left secret and closely guarded by family elders. In my restaurant, many of my customers ask me about the adobo that I cook because it has a distinctive taste that stays in your mouth.
Just to share some of the family secret in cooking adobo is that all ingredients boils down to the main ingredient and that is garlic. Adobo will not taste good without the garlic spice. Garlic really adds aroma to the adobo.
