CHEF ALL YOU CAN

This morning, the association of chefs around the country, gathered inside the world palace restaurant to meet with one another. This is already an annual event wherein the chefs meet and mingle with one another. This is the largest meeting of chefs because in the attendance sheet, it listed around 500 chefs and 20 foreign chefs that is based in the country.

Aside from the meeting, chefs learn new techniques in cooking from other chefs and there were also free recipe books that were given away during the event. I was just one lucky chef to win the most prestigious award that day, the chef of the year award. Chef of the year award is the award given to the most active chef in the country. The chef of the year award happens only after 3 years and I am just lucky to got one.

On my way home, there were three chefs that went to me and said that their flight abroad was canceled due the bad weather. These chefs asked me if I can help them get a place to stay for the night because of the canceled flight. I immediately told the chefs that they can stay in my house and they were very happy hear that from me. I am very happy because I learned new things and gained new friendship. Chefs all you can guys!

NEW RECIPES PREPARED

I am very busy for the past few days because I am preparing new recipes that I will be cooking in the restaurant for the coming weeks. I am very busy right now and blogging this is just a break from the tied up schedule that I have. But I want all the recipe goers that they will be reading new recipes later on because I prepared new recipes.

the recipes that I am preparing right now are all original and I made the dish myself. From the main dish up to the appetizers are all prepared. I just need to finish the remaining recipes before I will be making it available for all. I am also making these recipes available in the new recipe book that I am writing right now.
