SHRIMP FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

Ingredients:

12oz cream cheese
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp pepper
4 1/2 oz can shrimp, drained
8 oz fettuccine, cooked and drained (about 4 cups)
1 tsp margarine

Procedure:
In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter, milk, honey and pepper.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Stir in shrimp.
Toss cooked noodles with butter while still warm.
Pour sauce over noodles.
Serves 4 to 6.

CHOCOLATE WALNUT DELIGHT

Ingredients:

1/3 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 squares, semisweet chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup sifted cake flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
walnut halves for garnish

Procedure:
Cream butter and gradually add sugar.
Add egg, melted baking chocolate and vanilla.
Add flour, salt and nuts; beat well.
Drop from tip of spoon 1 inch apart onto greased baking sheet.
Garnish each with walnut halves.
Bake in 350 degrees fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes.
