Mother always prepare the food in the house. That has been the cooking system in the house. In my younger years, I have been always observing mommy's way of cooking in the kitchen. Then I would ask her about the dish that she cooked. Mommy always something interesting in her cooked dishes. She made it sure that love is always present in all the dishes that she prepared.
Remembering mommy's cooking always make me smile. Now a chef, I always make sure that mommy's cooking legacy continues. I don't just cook for anything. But because I love cooking. Life of a chef is not all ups. But there is also times when you feel down. When I first started cooking for the restaurant, I was really not happy because of the pressure that is on my shoulders. I finished culinary arts in the culinary school and I was afraid that customers might not like what I am cooking. But that fear was conquered after I got a praise from the customers. My restaurant until now specializes in home made dishes and that will remain forever in my kitchen.
