ROAST BEEF

THE INGREDIENTS:

1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup light molasses
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp ground ginger root
4 cloves garlic, crushed
6 lbs boneless beef rib
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

PROCEDURE:

Combine soy sauce, oil, molasses, mustard, ginger and garlic in an airtight container. Add beef rib and keep in the refrigerator overnight. Next day, remove rib and place in a rack in roasting pan, fat side up. Reserve the marinade for basting.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper on rib and roast for 325F oven basting with reserved marinade 3 to 4 times until cooked. Remove rib from oven and cover with foil for 15 minutes. Slice and serve. Enjoy your eating!

PORK BARBECUE POCKETS

The ingredients are the following:

1 pack pork teriyaki (available in grocery store)
1/3 cup carrot strips
1/3 leek, julienned
1 tsp sesame seeds
5 pieces pita bread or pockets halved

Procedure:

Cook the pork teriyaki according to the package direction. Add carrot strips, leeks and sesame seeds during the last 3 minutes of the cooking time. Remove from the heat and set aside. Stuff pita pockets with prepared mixture. This delightful meals serves for 5 persons. Easy on the budget wise people.

POTATO CHIP CHICKEN FINGER

The ingredients are the following:

2 whole chicken breast, deboned and skinned
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tbsps milk
2 cup crushed potato chips

The Procedure:

slced chicken breast into strips then seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika. Dredge chicken in flour. Beat egg and milk together. Dip dredged chicken in egg-milk mixture then roll in crushed potato chips until heavily coated. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 350 Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes or until done and ready to eat.
