Ingredients:
1 cup, chopped cooked chicken
1 (10 & 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 cup milk
1 (2 oz) jar, diced pimiento, drained
1 (4 oz) can whole mushroom, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
cooked rice
Procedure:
In a heavy saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
Serve over cooked rice.
