SQUASH BREAD

Here are the ingredients:
1/4 cup, melted butter 2 1/4 cups, all purpose flour 1 teaspoon, baking powder
3/4 teaspoon, baking soda 3/4 teaspoon, ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon, ground nutmeg and salt
3/4 cup, light brown sugar
3 1/2 to 4 cups of cooked & pureed squash
1 pc egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup nuts & raisins

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Grease loaf pan with butter.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt.
Mix brown sugar with melter butter.
Stir in squash and egg.
Mix dry ingredients alternately with milk then to squash batter.
Stir in nuts & raisins.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake in oven until done.
Let bread stand for 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
Slice and serve.
