This weekend, our family is planning on going to the province to stay in my grandmother's house. What I like going to the province is that there are so many dishes that I could learn from my elders. It is because, be fore I took up culinary arts, my family is already into the cooking business and we have so many recipe books in out shelves.
According to my grandmother, she is cooking something special for us. I really cant wait for us to arrive there. Aside from our visit, I am planning on borrowing the recipe books that my grandmother has. I already told her that I will be using the recipe books for the restaurant so that I can have many recipes and cook new dishes for all. Few minutes from now and we will be arriving in the place. I just cant wait to read those recipe books.
