CRISPY CRABLETS

Thing needed for this dish are the following:

1 Kilo Crablets
3/4 cup rum
1 teaspoon rock salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
200 grams flour
2 cups cooking oil

Prodecure:

Wash crablets and drain thoroughly. In a clean mixing bowl, combine crablets, rum, salt and ground pepper. Mix and marinate for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle and mix flour to marinate crablets. Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry crablets until crispy. Drain excess oils. Serve with vinegar sauce. This menu can also be a dinner dish. It has a unique taste and best for kids as an iron supplier for our body's needs.
