LET THEM IN

Let them in! As I said to my chef during the eat all you can launch just last week in the restaurant. In the buffet table, there were almost 20 available home cooked dishes ready and hot to be served. According to the consultant, the buffet style of eating is the most ideal way of dining right now because many want more than they paid for.In operating a buffet restaurant, you must make sure that viands will be replenished immediately when the bottom of the serving plate is obvious already.
