BACON CARBONARA

Bacon carbonara is one pasta delight that I want to share to you all guys. For the the bacon carbonara, here are the ingredients:

1 cup diced bacon
2 tbsps butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 egg yolks, beaten
salt and pepper
spaghetti pasta noodles. cooked al dente
parsley, chopped

In skillet, fry bacon and butter until brown. Over low heat, add in cheese, egg yolk and cream. bring to a boil then turn heat off. Do not overcook or mixture will curdle. Season with salt and pepper. Toss sauce with cooked noodles. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
