QUALIFYING FOR THE CHEF POSITION

This morning, I was in the convention center for the chef auditions for the culinary contest. There were around 40 chefs that went to the venue of the audition. This is not just a chef contest but a way to be discovered. My assistant chef was also there and me. The chef contest was all about cooking and the dishes that a chef can cook in a given minutes.

Me and my assistant chef qualified for the next round. If my records are correct, the next screening will be on the third week of March and there will be more cooking presentation, as we were told by the organizer. No recipe books just all cooking skills of the dishes. The judges are 2 American Chefs and one Italian chef. As early as now, I am already looking at the recipe book so that when the cooking start, I know what I am going to cook.
