PAMPANO GRILL WITH PANDAN LEAVES

Pampano is a kind of fish that is widely preferred in the culinary world because of its freshness and the tenderness of the meat. For this recipe, here are the ingredients:

2 pieces 300 grams pampano fish
1 pc calamansi
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
pandan leaves

Slit the pampano fish and remove center bone. Squeeze calamansi juice all over the fish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Warp the fish with pandan leaves. Grill over medium-high coals on both sides. Serve with hot sauce.
