PRAWNS WITH GREEN PEAS

Prawns with green peas ingredients.

1 egg white
1 tbsp cornflour
8 oz prawn, peeled
3 tbsps oil
1 slice ginger, peeled and chopped
1 spring onion, chopped
6 oz green peas
1-1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsps sugar
1 tbsp sherry
1 tbsp sesame seed oil

Procedure;
1. Mix egg white and cornflour; coat prawn with mixture. Refrigerate mixture 20 to 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in frying pan and stir fry prawns for about 1 minute. Remove and drain on paper towel.
3. Heat remaining oil until hot, toss in ginger and spring onion.
4. Add green peas, prawn, salt, sugar and sherry. Stir constantly 1 minute; add sesame seed oil just before serving.
