CHICKEN PANDAN

One of the most easy to prepare chicken is the chicken pandan. No wonder this dish is always the customers favorite. The excellent taste of fresh chicken the additional flavor that pandan brings, makes the dish more extra special all the time. For the chicken pan, here are the ingredients:

250 grams chicken thigh
cilantro
1/4 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp seasoning
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sesame oil
pandan leaves
cooking oil for deep frying

Procedure of cooking:

1. De-bone chicken thigh and mix with cilantro, garlic, oyster sauce and seasoning, brown sugar, salt, cornstarch and sesame oil.
2. Warp the chicken with pandan leaves. This is in preparation for the frying of the chicken.
3. In a pan, deep-fry chicken pan 3 to 4 minutes or until done.

It is also best to serve the chicken pandan with chili sauce to add more taste to the dish.
