BEEF TAPA

Ingredients:
150 gms beef tapa, cut into bite-size pieces
150 ml soya bean oil
30 gms white onion rings
salt and pepper

Procedure:
Season beef tapa with salt and pepper.
Fry in soya bean oil adding onion rings when beef is partly done.
Stir-fry until tender.
Remove from heat. Serve on platter.
