OVEN FRIED FISH

OVEN FRIED FISH INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1 lb catfish
1 tbsp + a tsp skim milk

Cooking Procedure:

Combine cornflakes, onion powder, celery, salt, paprika and pepper. Dip fish in milk and roll in cornflakes mixture. Pace in nonstick baking pan. Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes or until brown.
